Passing Myself is about the realisation that you’re not the host in your own life.

When it feels like life is living you, not the other way around.

It depicts one standing and watching their body pass them by.

Detroit leaves the backing ambigious to drive home the idea of becoming so lost in the world or life in general that even your own body begins to feel foreign, essentially freezing you.

You stay still as the world zooms by, so lost that any actions you take from here on aren’t heading towards any real destination, and are instead just made out of pure desperation.
